DAY OF ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE: SATURDAY
SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 100 per apartment to be paid in full on site at the time of arrival and that will be repaid when the apartment is vacated after the inventory has been checked.
DEPARTMENT HANDOVER on arrival: between 17.00 and 20.00. RELEASE OF THE APARTMENT: (last day) Before 10.00am.
THE WEEKLY RATE INCLUDES :
- Consumables: water, electricity, gas; bed linen and bathroom and kitchen linen/towels;
- Cot: A cot is provided free of charge if in substitution for a single bed or sleeping place; but if in addition, a supplement of 10% is payable;
- Services: Private Beach with sun shade and 2 deckchairs per apartment, children's pool, external parking (about 350m. from the Residence);
THE WEEKLY RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Entrance Fee € 7 0 per apartment for the period of the stay;
- Cleaning for the week, to be paid on site;
- Parking There is a fee for internal covered parking;
- Local Services ( from 1/ 6 to 30/ 9) : Market, Se lf-se r vice , Tobacconist, Hairdresser, Restaurant, Boutique;
- Pets: a final disinfection of the place of stay must be paid by direct debit on arrival;
- Tourist Tax: € 1.00 June/September, € 1.50 July/August per person per day up to a maximum of 7 days, excluding under 12's;

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT: The booking is considered confirmed on receipt of payment of 30% of the total cost.
The balance must be paid 30 days before the beginning of the stay.
CANCELLATION POLICIES: There will be a 30% penalty from 29 to 21 days before the beginning of the stay; 60% from 21 to 14 days before the beginning of the stay; or 100% in case of no-show or no communication after the periods indicated above.
